Globetrotter Travel prides itself on our industry advocacy on behalf of our valued customers.  With that said, while serving in the best interest of our clients, Globetrotter does not assume any responsibility for the actions of employees or vendor services of cruise lines, tour operators, ground operatiors, bus companies, car rental companies, airlines, charter airlines, private jet airlines, hotels, motels, resorts, meeting venues, restaruants, and others.  Globetrotter, it owners, stockholders and employees are acting as an agent for suppliers in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by Globetrotter.  Globetrotter, it owners, stockholders, and employyees are not responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers or vendors, which result in the loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or other travel companions or group members.  Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for , and hereby releases Globetrotter, its owners, stockholders and employees from any duty of checking and verifying any all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirement of each destination, and all safety or security conditions at such destinations during the length of the porposed travel.  For information concerning possible dangers, please refer to our travel alert sections and recommended websites. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected.  Traveler is herby warned of such ricks and is avdised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them.  Traveler's retention of travel documents shall consititue a consent to the above and an agreement of his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or gorup members.
